Yes. Most sessions take place online, all you need is a stable internet connection. This way, you can join from anywhere and create a safe space for yourself.

What happens during the first introductory session?

Our free introductory session takes place online. We’ll talk openly about your situation, see if we’re a good fit, and clarify which coaching format makes the most sense for you. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions and decide whether you’d like to continue.

How long does a coaching session last?

A session usually lasts 60 minutes. If needed, we can also arrange shorter or longer formats, depending on what feels right for you and how deep you’d like to go.

What happens during a coaching session with you?

In my sessions, it’s not about quick fixes, it’s about you. We talk about your current situation, uncover where things feel stuck, and work with gentle yet effective methods: conversation, body exercises, breathwork, and mental tools. The goal is for you to gain clarity, feel grounded and safe within yourself, and regain your sense of agency.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy. It’s future-oriented and helps you develop new perspectives, release inner blocks, and find more calm within yourself. If I sense that therapeutic support would be beneficial, I’ll recommend appropriate next steps for you.

How many sessions will I need?

That’s individual. Some people notice real changes after just 1–3 sessions, while others work over several months toward lasting transformation. We’ll decide on the rhythm together.

Do I need prior experience with coaching or meditation?

Not at all. You don’t need to prepare anything. We’ll go at your pace and build step by step. Everything is explained, and you’ll be guided through the exercises.

Do I need to be physically fit?

No. Movement in my sessions is gentle and fully adaptable to your needs. It’s not about exercise, but about releasing tension and rebuilding trust in your body.
